Tetricus I,
Roman Bronze,
Antoninianus,
Framed,
271-274AD (N)
Tetricus was in reign between 271 and 274 and was a Roman emperor of the Gallic Roman Empire.
The Gallic Roman Empire in modern historiography is a breakaway fraction of the Roman Empire that functioned as a separate state from 260 to 274.
Tetricus I along with his son and emperor Tetricus II both surrendered in 274 and their lives were spared. They lived after their reign ended unlike a lot of other emperors.
